Omni-Diff™
The Omni-Diff™ is ideal for diffuse reflectance measurements of powders and rough-surfaced samples up to 1.5m from the spectrometer. The Omni-Diff collects the diffusely reflected light with optical elimination of the specular component. This fiber optic probe interfaces to the spectrometer using compatible infrared and UV-VIS fiber optics with a fiber optic coupler, such as the FiberMate2™. An optional USB2 camera is available for viewing and photographic documentation of the sample.
VariGATR™
The VariGATR™ grazing angle Ge-ATR accessory is a revolutionary approach to analyzing monolayers and thin films on semiconductor and metallic substrates. The VariGATR™ has a variable incident angle for optimizing the sensitivity. Its specially designed pressure applicator is optimized for delivering superior contact between the sample and the ATR crystal. An optional wire grid polarizer and a force sensor with a digital display are offered.
MVP-Pro™
The MVP-Pro™ is powerful tool for examining small samples via ATR spectroscopy. Its small, convenient horizontal sampling surface makes it perfect for analyzing a variety of samples like micro-droplets of pastes and liquids, tablets and coatings on wires, powders and forensics samples. Includes built-in pressure applicator with slip-clutch for solid sampling. Optional liquid cell, heated liquid cell, power retainer/liquid trough, and low-pressure slip-clutch available. Two models offered: MVP-Pro™ Si ATR and the MVP-Pro Star™ diamond ATR.
da Vinci Arm
The daVinci Arm™ is a unique FTIR accessory for examining samples outside the box. Samples that are too large to fit within the spectrometer sample compartment are readily examined using the da Vinci by specular reflectance, diffuse reflectance or ATR. The da Vinci Arm is articulated, to reach out in front of, below, or above the sample compartment. The sampling surface can be facing in virtually any direction, simplifying analysis of samples such as paintings, vases and sculptures. An integral camera provides easy sample viewing and image capture.
FiberMate2™
The FiberMate2™ couples FT-IR and UV-VIS spectrometers with fiber optic probes. The FiberMate2 efficiently transmits the spectrometer beam to and from the probe with entirely reflective optics, so the wavelength range is only limited to that of the probes themselves. Perfect for use with our MultiLoop-MIR™ infrared probes or any other probes with SMA connectors.
MultiLoop-MIR™
These fiber optics are perfect for analyzing liquids, pastes, and soft solids within one meter of the FTIR spectrometer. The MultiLoop-MIR™ is used in conjunction with the Harrick FiberMate™ or other fiber optic coupler and includes two fiber probes with a set of ten ATR loop tips. This combination is designed for spectral data collection across the entire mid-infrared region. To analyze a sample, simply dip the ATR loop tip into the sample or press it gently against the sample. The tips are easily replaced when needed.
