This dual-stage oil sealed rotary vacuum pump is intended for operation with our environmental chambers. This pump is capable of evacuating the vessels and vacuum systems down to the 13 Pa (100 mtorr) range. This vacuum pump is not intended for operation with oxygen, hazardous gases or corrosive materials.
