Seagull High Force Ge ATR Kit

This configuration of our time-tested Seagull ATR Kits is designed for analysis of Langmuir–Blodgett films on gold or silicon substrates. Any thin coatings on high refractive index substrates can readily be examined. The High Force Ge ATR Kit includes a Ge hemisphere mounted in a holder that readily slides into the Seagull. The holder, its pressure plate, and the supplied torque screwdriver are optimized for high performance for monolayers deposited on Si and polished metal substrates.
